Pepe is my friend Anke’s beautiful Hanovarian mare. I was so happy when Anke commissioned me to paint her lovely horse. I painted three different paintings of her horse using two different mediums, pastel and oil paint. This Pepe horse painting is in pastel. It was fun to paint three different paintings in three different styles. I am so grateful that Anke liked them and two of these paintings of her horse Pepe are now hanging in her home. Thank you Anke!
